Yu – Hsuang(Memory Corner) is founded in 1975 by the Wu family, originated from Kaohsiung, Taiwan; where the restaurant now resides in Richmond, Vancouver. Yu-Hsuang derives from the middle name of Grandpa Wu and Grandma Wu,where their secret recipe still lives on this day after 40 years; hence, the name “Memory Corner” is to have their legacy to be remembered.
Memory Corner is defined by legacy, determination,and gratitude.
